Im not one of those meat heads that cares so much about weight but the amount of high rep work in that program does seem pretty boring tbh. I do like 5 high rep shoulder stability exercises and they’re mad boring

I didn’t have any aside from bloating which can be easily alleviated through some additional dietary changes(consuming enough water, fiber via greens, ginger, coffee, etc)
But people that don’t expend the necessary energy will prolly break out and s***.

Tbh I think the main thing for me is to starting eating more. I dont even count my calories really so I have no idea of how much I’m eating
