i've decided to put the hedi slimane ideations aside and gain some weight but idk how to go about it. im kind of nauseated by food, can't eat breakfast, etc. every time i eat i feel like i'm gonna throw up.
im 120 pounds right now at 6'2. i trying to go up 12 pounds at least. pls help a rétard.
as someone who was formerly a stick (135lbs --> 160lbs past 8 months), you gotta put in the work to eat. it's gonna suck ass, you're gonna feel nauseous, and you're gonna hate food. here's what helped me out tho:
calculate your TDEE with an online calc, then add +500 calories to that. make sure you're gaining .5-1 lb a week, but considering you're at such a low weight at 6'2, you should be aiming for a pound a week.
figure out what your meal plan is going to be. big meals with 1000+ calories each? smaller meals with lower calories but copious snacking? i listed out a bunch of good bulking foods the page back as well. use them to your advantage.
meal prep. prep your meals. it makes it a lot easier to get that food down when it's all ready and prepared for you to chow down on.
WORK OUT. don't just gain weight. get on a program and eat to gain strength, not fat. if you're not working out, you're going to feel less hungry because you're not expending energy, and your body is going to want to reject extraneous calories. and if you DO gain weight while not lifting, you'll just look fluffy.
you're gonna have to force yourself to eat when you're not hungry. it'll be a tough journey for at least the first few months, but you'll get used to it.

So im 190, and even tho im by no means fat my other 190 homies look like 15-30% leaner thn me so ktt told me the problem migjt be my body fat
