lol lucky i bought adjustable weights last yr
lol i’m on the other end of the spectrum and it sucks just as bad. i’m burning 5k+ calories a day on a regular basis and it is NOT easy getting that much food in, especially when you’re running twice a day so you can’t be feeling bloated
usually end up having to eat a late meal i really don’t want to because i’m like 1500 calories short of what i’ve burned off
on a more helpful note, oatmeal is extremely filling and low-calorie
do me a favor, next time you’re out buy some quick oats(they’re like normal oats but cut into pieces). mix a cup of that in with about a cup of that banana almond milk in a mason jar or some sealable s*** and leave it in the fridge at least an hour. you’ll feel stuffed and s*** isn’t even 500 calories. thank me later

Felt sick and nauseous after my gym session today not exactly sure why I didn't do anything super difficult. I'm normally fine. Could've been what I ate before or I drank too much water

Wow I made a 2 week break and gained like 5kg and it made it impossible for me to do pullups

Any full body workout reccemendations? A 3 times a week program would be ideal

burpees are great, and doing planks or side planks on a medicine ball work your legs a lot more than a normal plank since you have to stabilize yourself
lunges + military press with a barbell kills too

Never done burpees but they look great tbh. Good tip on the plank with the medicine ball sounds great to train your core.
Military press and lunges are already in my rotation, but both are great excerises for sure
