What are y’all thoughts on incorporating HIIT after workouts? Will be planning on going from PPL to 3-days a week workout and might do some sprint stuff after those workouts (except leg day)
Would do it once/twice a week tbh
Feel amazing afterwards
w.o. from home so i got a bike that good to?
Yea biking is good too, though I’m not too familiar with the intricacies of it

Ah I remember the days engaging in long distance running, nowadays I can barely run like 2 miles
Didn't know cutting would be this tough
Feeling low on energy and hungry, hope I'll make through my workout along with HIIT today. Going to cut down on volume with lifting for now, man this feels new
been working out more consistently, gonna be able to a lot more once schools done
im 6’3, around 185lbs, 12-16% bf
wanna get lean af, so gonna only eat healthy foods and try to hit a caloric deficit (will be easy cause im working outside everyday, working out and doing some biking)
is reaching 8-10% bf by august possible? i feel like i just gotta stay consistent with my diet mainly cause the working out part will be easy to keep up
Thought I’d finally go past bench plateau this week but still stuck at 205lb
Need to up protein I think
First day lifting while on a cut, its a b**** though I drastically lowered the volume and reps. Besides doing HIIT afterwards (Sprinting) felt like death, only made it halfway through before feeling nauseous
I know this will be a bigger challenge than going on a bulk, but I'll have to stay strong and power through it. On the bright side I can save more money from groceries

so before covid i would always do heavy and the same weight pretty much at the gym, now with covid and only working out at home and only using up to 55 pounds iv seen so much results not big though much some results i also realized it was worth it and needed to happen i was always killing myself lifting the same weights all the time so i am glad in a way covid happen because i had to learn the basics again and also had to learn new things
was thinking about this the other day but it's kinda crazy how much working out helps my mental health
going to the gym is something i can always resort when i don't feel the best
makes me feel better every time

Im glad to hear about your progression, as a lifter its quite easy to fall into your comfort zone. Always takes discipline to move the weights up
anyone sometimes over due it when they workout and feel like tired sore or feel like a cold is coming ?
