That’s awesome - what app is this?
strava; you can track activities on the app but normally i just run with my watch and it syncs the run on the app after i’m done
alright so after lifting on and off with a poor diet for the past 16 months i decided to go on actual cut around 6-7 weeks ago. everything was going good losing 1lbs a week and all of sudden im starting to lose 2lbs each week for the second week in a row despite my calories and protein staying the exact same. im not trynna lose too much muscle on this cut so i dont wanna lose more than 1.2lbs a week. is this s*** normal?
Been running treadmill for over a year. ONE day of running outside on an actual track was enough to humble me
My speed and distance were a lot worse than I expected. Ran on Thursday and my thighs + ankle are still recovering. Don't think I can run again until Tuesday

You stretching before and after your runs? I find it helps recovery, at least for me. When I don’t stretch it’s bad 😂😂😂
These workout videos on YouTube lowkey better than the gym
which ones you use

Stretched a bit before but I'm not sure how to stretch properly tbh. Heading back to the track in about an hour even though my legs are still f***ed and my back hurts from lifting yesterday. Need to get some running in, even if its just a light jog
Anybody have tips for taking Creatine? I have pills which say Creatine HCl 750mg of which 588mg is creatine and it says I should take 4 daily
I can't lift heavy weights, only have up to 13KG dumbbells, but I only go that high for dumbbell curls. Tricep and shoulder exercises, I'm usually around the 6.5-8kg range. Apparently creatine helps you lift heavier, so is it useless in my case? I'm thinking of taking 1 pill before a workout just to help me run for longer or get more reps before fatigue. I already take collagen but Idk if its helping
how long would it take to build a v taper like this
honestly depends on your genetics
but you could do it in 2 years

2 years? Damn its going to be a minute for me. Starting to lean out but abs barely visible and love handles....still there. Just started on a cut this week

tbh its really hard to say how long it will take
your genetics play a huge role. someone can achieve an early zyzz physique in like 6 months if they have amazing genetics. but its also super rare anyone can replicate zyzz's physique - he had small waist, full chest, high traps and most people don't have that lol

I think I have a decent physique, well maybe not to the level of Zyzz cuz Im kinda small boned lol. Id say for me at least a year or something.
Do have a v line? If so how long did it take for you

v line as in the adonis belt? its barely visible now since i've been perma bulking since i started lifting in 2016 lmao
i'm still pretty lean though, i wanna get to at least 80kg before i even consider cutting
i'll post some pics after my pull workout tonight

Damn you been bulking for a long time, I been on that for like 4-5 months and now going on a cut, im at 75kg. Will probably go back to a clean bulk this summer perhaps...
Its a hard decision for me, want my abs and love handles to go away but at the same time my arms will get even smaller smh

in your case i think it depends on if you're content with amount of muscle you currently have. you could always do a lean bulk and gain very slowly like i am. i've honestly been lean bulking unintentionally because i literally just don't eat enough.
it's definitely a trade off though. you could pm me photos and ill tell you what i think if you like up to you

I haven't really done a true cut or bulk yet just been doing maitnenece to reach this eventually, chest and shoulders are popping but abs and torso still need to grow

yeah ngl i been doing the same s***. i say i've been bulking but for the most part, i just maintain my weight and add muscle very slowly. it isn't intentional though, i just literally don't eat enough.
i weigh 75kg rn once i get to around 80 or so i probably do a small cut just look sick lmao

@aaron_xx_ Just read your messages, will my love handles go away on a lean bulk or will that go on a cut later on

nah it'll go down when you cut
where you store your fat is entirely genetic and where you lose your fat first/last is also genetic. its honestly up to you if you really want to get rid of the love handles now or take the short term L for the long term W. you still can milk out some muscle if you eat in very slight surplus for a couple months or so

I think I’ll just go back to a lean bulk like you said for another 5kg then pull back with a gradual cut
Cutting now make me look a little too small, doesn’t help that small arms and calves are part of my genes lol
