So im 190, and even tho im by no means fat my other 190 homies look like 15-30% leaner thn me so ktt told me the problem migjt be my body fat
So like im not trying to do any crazy workouts or get into tht whole world i want to stick to my calorie deficit lifestyle
At my leanest when i was lke 175 i looked skinny but still had some fat in face and thighs so now im scared am i f***ed?
Like is there a point eventually when ill shed all the weight and ive just never reached it?

If you lose weight (even if it’s just from diet) you will lose BF%. But working out would accelerate losing weight and losing BF%

Breakfast a croissant or granola bar
I max my breakfast calories at 200, 350 max
Then my last meal of the day is dinner usually some rice, meat and veg(mostly avocado), sometimes some kind of potato and chicken

I truly don't understand why some people don't work out when you feel so good afterwards
