Y'all think it's worth also lifting weights?
yes and if you throw in that jump rump afterwords like do weights and jump rope after as your last set you dont need to do it again dont OVER TRAIN and do weights in the beginning

Any personal trainers here? I’m not a pt myself but it’s something I’ve considered and I had some questions (non pt replies welcome 🙂):
Do you actually tell your clients to use tdee calculators or do you go through a process of monitoring calorie intake - weight to figure out maintenance ?
Everyone stalls on different lifts at different points; what’s your approach to overcoming a plateau for your client; bc I’d imagine it’d be a different approach person to person (say changing to high rep/low rep or persevering with same weight)
Do your clients get impatient ? Do you give them result time periods?
Only now realising the pressure your client puts on you as they’re essentially putting their physique in your hands

i work out from home about 2 hours an only got up to 52 weights adjustable
how do you know if you over train?
Grip strength gets worse (tall tale sign)
Demotivated from hitting the gym, don’t go to the workouts excited anymore
Plateaus on lifts, you stop being able to progress the weights you use
Overuse injuries soon after that
Take 5-7 days to rest or deload bro

i am working out from home, so i am limited to how much weight i can use i was more talking about hours i usually do 2 hours
