I feel like it very slightly shrunk and been doing it for a month now I believe, guess it’ll take several more months to see more of a notable difference
compared how i looked before covid till now with working out shoulders i see the difference my posture is better its easier to do more workouts to like before i still did shoulder workouts but not as much focus as i am putting into now, this means when i go back to
work i gotta workout more and not lift as much as i was doing before because before i was just always lifting heavy not went down and was like so tired during the week some days i hated going to the gym because i knew it was a grind an that i also knew i was going to be lifting heavy, now with working on my shoulders more i still got to lift not as heavy because before it was just 4 days working out now its going to be 5 days always

ya so listen when covid started i stopped lifting heavy and only used up to 52's at home now using that for almost a year i seen definition it took a while, also mind you i dont do crazy amounts of cardio to i do more conditioning

your what going to a gym right? do stair masters man fast speed 7 mins and see if you feel afterwords if you hate doing cardio or run outside by the water, park, etc

Basically gonna make it as aggressive as I can while keeping protein high so I can quickly get back to bulking lol
Just signed up for my first full marathon this fall. Been a hard d*** grinder at running for the past couple years and done a couple official halfs. Farthest I've pushed is 16 mi., but the grind is on for the next 5-6 months. Gonna dive into some endurance literature too.
