2 meals a day with progressive overload on my workouts has been doing me justice. Diet hasn’t even been that strict either
Anyone else doing 531/nsuns don’t know when to add 5 pounds to training maxes. Usually if it hit 4 reps on my max for the week I go up 5lbs next week but aiming to get 5 reps now. Should I just go up with only hitting 4 reps
So my back (lower right side) been killing me keeping me out the gym for like 2 months. It’s been chronic and idk why all of a sudden it’s been hurting. Went to the chiro and they took some X-rays and apparently my hips aren’t aligned correctly so they gave me a lift. S*** hasn’t helped though and I stopped going to the chiro cause I’m still in pain.
I basically accepted imma be in pain day to day, but I can’t not work out cause I need that s*** to stay motivated. Anyone got any advice for this s***?

You need to go to a real back doctor if the pain is that bad, may have to cough up for an MRI if the X-ray ain't showing anything.
Otherwise, if it's manageable, do some stretches, take some anti-inflammatory meds and take some Epson salt baths

Yeah your boy cannot handle paying medical bills for some s*** like that. It’s manageable I think, I think imma have to find a routine that’s high reps, lower weight and just work on my physique and not my strength. I just can’t rock with loading up heavy because it causes too much tension in my back.
I’ll work on doing stretches and s*** to help with it. I’ll make sure to do some dynamic warmups as well. Preciate the help Brodie

I do a max incline walk on the treadmill for 30 mins
you can also use stairmaster too
supplements I take fish oil, creatine, multi vitamin, zinc, and protein powder
