    Will take a 1 week break from working out....my lifts have been trash and can tell I'm running out of steam in my workouts. Will need to readjust myself with a new routine and schedule perhaps after the break

    Partly might have to do with me cutting too, I been dropping volume but still its been tough

    ive always had the most progress in my cuts when I relaxed a bit, after those initial weeks. raise cals just a bit, maybe for a week.. lowered cortisol levels (if thats high, no amount of training will get you to your goal), get the metabolism ramping up again and then the week I drop back the body just sheds the lbs you were struggling with

    About to start my gym grind. I’m currently 5’7” and weigh 118 so I’m pretty scrawny. I hate the way I look shirtless, but I like my weight because clothes fit so well. Also, I’m scared of being one of those short guys that looks off being too buff lol. Any suggestions on achieving gains while not just looking fat with clothes on lol

    Have had this weird tingling in my lower calf ankle area of right leg for a day should I still squat or will this f*** things up. No pain or anything area just feels weird for some reason

    im the same height as you im around 185 if i were you get to 150 an see if you like it

    stretch it out maybe foam role it use a ball to see if it goes away the tension

    My biggest fear if I'm being honest is that when I gain weight, it goes DIRECTLY to my face and neck. Is there a way of getting ripped without having my face look like a balloon?

    lol if you wanna get bigger you gotta eat an gain weight and lift your a twig if i am guessing get to 140 then see how you feel man

    does raising calories lower cortisol levels?
