A month and and a half
Very aggressive
Lost a few pounds on every compound but it's aight, I'll grind it out again. but that only happened cause I went stupid on my macros and stopped hitting my required intake.
wasn't the most optimal cut but I'd say i'm lookin aight rn

got more vascular too

Yeah im doing a 5 week, very aggressive rn so this is motivating.
Not tryna get shredded obv just need to drop several percentages down in body fat so we’ll see how this goes
Tryna get back to my bulk ASAP.
Still able to squat three plates though
4 plates by december idgaf let's get it
120kg for bench
230kg for deadlift

dark chocolate portions increased

lol went running today have not ran in so long i still do cardio though but i did well on the run ran for like what 30-40 mins
How tf do y’all lift when you’re sore? I just started lifting on Tuesday and I can’t even extend my arms. I did legs yesterday thinking it would allow my body to recover but I can’t even open my car door

Give it 48 hrs between hitting the same muscle groups
Your body will adapt soon and you won’t be sore all the time
Finally happened was progressing nicely on my trap bar deadlifts. Had a lower back strain last week when I finished but thought I was fine. 2 sets in today same lower left back love handle flared up again. Feel super sus should I just take break from deadlifts for two weeks was not expecting this

You need to do lots of stretching man. Do stuff that works your lower back, hip flexors and spinal erectors. I feel that lower back pain too sometimes, you just have to work through it and do things to relieve the pressure. Take a bit of a break for now though from deadlifts.

Makes sense I never stretch always try to get my compound movements done ASAP in gym was getting close to 4 plates in deadlifts
