    Makes sense I never stretch always try to get my compound movements done ASAP in gym was getting close to 4 plates in deadlifts

    Stretch before or after hard workouts man. Take care of your body. You don’t wanna get under some heavy weight while your body’s all sore and then f*** up a joint or sum lol

    I thought a week of rest fixed it was super shook when 1 set in aggravated the same area was able to finish rest of workout for upper back stuff but still

  • best methods to do this my core probably weakest part of my body thought squats and deadlifts would be enough but probably need to isolate train more

    It was tough to get into the 20:4 fasting window the first month. But all I do is drink water and make sure I get my sleep in.

    Water like magneto said , more voluminous foods that don’t have many calories but make you feel fuller. And going to bed earlier or having your last meal later

    First time back in the gym after like 3 days and doing much better now, considering it's also going in the night time for the first time in a while. Went 3 sets mostly, and on a slight reload too, ngl I feel much better and performing better too.

    I really needed this break and deload time, before I was running out of steam and doing quite poorly in the gym

    We back fam, will go hard and ready to make the gains

    yes. core strength is one if not the one that has the most carryover to other groups. deficit doesn't matter.
