2nd bulk has begun: 402lbs deadlift 1 x 2 today. Regaining strength nicely. STUPID HARD traps pump.
Reminder of 1st bulk: Went from 119lbs to 165lbs. Minit cut in between.
Weight as of today: 154lbs. Goal is 176lbs. Strength focused bulk. Legs emphasis.

Deadlifts are hella intimidating fam. I don't remember the last time I did those alone.

are barbell rows a good replacement for deadlifts, taking a break from deadlifts for two weeks but still need compound movement to do for back

Been using these as recommended by ex-military sargeant personal trainer and the I’ve been getting a lot more out of my workouts. nutritional intake and strength wise.

Just for back work bb rows will be a sufficient substitute in that space of time imo. It's just important to factor in grip position with rows bc that'll effect what region of your back your targeting

I use creatine but for me pre workout doesn't work for me
Guys, how do you get your forms right for exercises? I’m struggling with that a lot, i’ve been doing push ups and planks but there’s always something wrong with my body, some body part ends up hurting, and i don’t think my form is ever right
