These minimalistic fits look so much better now when you’re in shape
Still look put together but look effortless at the same time

been rocking loose baggy shirts and fits have been on point with summer shorts to show off legs

Since I need an entire new wardrobe it’s nice to experiment now with cheaper stuff before I drop money on the quality stuff.
But man it feels weird being able to pull off some fits now that I would’ve never tried before lmao
Been doing intermittent fasting for two weeks now, finally feeling like my clothes are starting to fit again
Also got a kettlebell & started doing home workouts too
my protein game just became way more serious.
I did the breakdown and I think I can manage to get the right amount...(1 gram per lb of body weight)
June 1st will make 6 months that I’ve been consistently going to the gym.... longest streak of my 25 years on Earth. VERY proud of myself
now let's hit another 6 months!
Physical therapy is my gym for now. When I'm fully healed I may get back into my old gym from like 8 years ago. They still charging a flat 25 a month with 4 squat racks and a place to deadlift which is big for me.
But for now it's all recovery. Through the end of the year most likely.
Feel like I've turned a huge corner regarding my approach to life and I will never get in my own way again.

Day at a time brother, no cliche but this is where you find mental fortitude in the marathon of things. Eventually you'll be back to where you can start training for strength again, you'll get to that starting line again no doubt.

High protein makes a huge difference in body composition !

i find dong the the close palm dumbell raises better then the rope ones you do at the gym
Thoughts on huel?
Expensive but i like it

Same here, got diagnosed w this joint disorder in Jan, so doing PT atm to build a strong foundation before I hit the gym again (and of course gym in a very diff way)
Just gotta keep doing the best we can 🤌

Besides the odd birthday or event where I’ve had to break my IF streak I’ve been doing it for a year. Longest streak was 6 months doing 20:4 🙏🏾
Got a recent check up and blood test and everything was good
my parents have also been doing it but 18:6 and their health has also improved.
Wish people were more open to it. When you bring it up they think you have an eating disorder.

What's the name if i can ask? Cuz doc said i have hyper mobility or even a light case of ehlers danlos syndrome. So I'm also tryna build a solid foundation to work off of.
