My motivation is simple really, just get in the gym and get to it. Become a stronger me than I was my last session. Also I gotta girlfriend recently so that's been giving me a small lil extra motivation. Give her some good to look at lol

I remember back in the day when Megan Fox was the bare minimum of motivation lol.

    Anyone do CrossFit here?

I've heard some mixed reviews on CrossFit.

good for health and fitness but not really solid if you're looking for aesthetics.

I use pre-workout every now and then but I can go without it. When I do I normally just get smacked before the gym. Getting high really helps me focus both my quality of lifts and my quantity as I have a deeper focus, which allows me to have better control. Also I take longer to tire out. It's become a must for me on my deadlifting days.

I be trying to get high before the gym. it's annoying having to roll so much though.

I feel like it works well with caffeine/pre-workout.

Pull up bar did me well for a few months.

    Push-ups...

    Planks + Crunches

For me it was about the environment...

Way easier to make gains when everyone has the same goal and is there for the same reason

If you live with people who are not working out it's off putting cause it is a pretty large lifestyle difference.

If you live alone it's probably the same way tbf.

The environment is used for so many other things...that it's easy to get distracted.

    woof

bent over rows just dont feel right. gonna switch over to tbar rows or maybe just dumbell rows

Would honestly just lighten the load by 5lbs.

I'm 6'2 and can do bent over rows fine. I also do Pendlay rows as well.

It's an awkward exercise but I just get on with it.

I try to have ZERO vertical movement in my torso. You shouldn't be throwing your weight around to do rows.

I've been doing it for a few months now I love it. At my gym the workouts are about 80% olympic lifting 20% cardio. I frikken love it, I've tried on off days to go to regular gym and I just get bored.

I guess with crossfit it depends on the owners, the owners at mine are a young couple and they're the best, it's pretty much HIT with PT's.

I think I get what you’re saying. I need to stop thinking like it’s a bad thing. I just need to accept the change and stay in the gym 💪🏾
