Gaining weight and i start to feel the change, arms a little bit bigger, abs more noticeable

Call me crazy but i might start low bar squatting and sumo deadlifts
dont do sumo. Low bar squats tho>>>> . High bar started to hurt too bad after i hit like 2 plates
Only really nice thing about roids is the enhanced recovery, would love to be able to do big sessions or long matches more often
