Nah not really. Had a full check up and blood test and my doctor was stunned. Everything was good. So it works
IF and moderate carb/low sugar is what’s usually recommended for people who are pre-diabetic or have diabetes so I wasn’t surprised to see good results.
I’m also not eating much processed foods when I do break my fast. Also making sure I eat a lot of veg. Cutting out fruit was tough though but I had to eat different fruits compared to my usual favourites.

stabilizing maybe, but type 1 you have to give insulin
since working out shoulders more due to covid i can pull ups easier and also helped with weighted chin/pull ups
