    More isn’t always better you’d be surprised how much an effect rest has on the growth

    You grow outside of the gym never forget!

    Rest day

    Bout to clock 10k steps on this hike real quick. Fasting until 3p

    sounds like a blessed rest day

    I realized a couple days ago that I should throw my old fitbit on to track steps during my recovery process. Never really used it that heavy before but it's def gonna be useful in knowing how many steps is too much/just enough. Bout to be noon and I'm at 3700 so not too bad.

    Feel like the app improved a bit too I can track what I eat in this s*** pretty easily, track sleep, heartrate, all that good s***.

    Every day just a little better than the last

    Exactly! I have an older one I got last year with a discount from my insurance provider. Inspire HR or whatever, real basic looking thing but gets the job done for now.

    I was thinking of moving back to Apple come christmas (been on android ever since iphone 4 lmao) but might just have to peep whatever fitbit is out cuz it seems like they're catching up to the apple watch now and getting a whole phone+watch is like 1k that's bare money tbh

    how about if you have been working out for more then 10 years and you push some days to 5 days straight of working out can you get gains/build muscle from that still ?

    at that point, 10 years in, the more the better. gonna take more to see more progress.
    but gotta make sure recovery is on point.

    Rest day for me as well. Just been focusing on nutrition. Breakfast was tough to chow down on.

    So much f***ing food.

    Also didn’t realize how much time you had to dedicate in the kitchen, so my lunch was sub-par.

    Switch your perspective up tbh. Focus on gratitude for being in a situation where you have a clean kitchen, access to a fully stocked grocery store, and just enough time to spend making tasty and healthy meals for yourself

    Yea it is. The Sense is $50 off right now so only $20 more than the versa 3. Seems pretty cool might end up getting it since I got plenty of money and the extra health tracking features seem kinda cool. If it wasnt $50 off rn i'd def just get the versa 3 tbh.
