My strength is going up on all my compound movements but aeesthetcs and size wise feel like body isn't as good as I thought it would be, do I just need to up my protein even more def been missing protein targets some days. Like I look really good with pump at end of workout but look so plain on day to day basis

Really glad to be back. Def felt safe. 99% people were wearing masks and the 1% briefly had it off but then remembered and put it back on. Sanitizer wipes are EVERYWHERE so I can wipe down machines before and after use
Overall, very happy and can’t wait to make this a daily thing!

But also if u been at maintenance for a while now it may be time to increase to a mass gain phase! Adding more muscle to the frame at a certain point is all that will improve how a persons physique looks

I’ve lost 15-20 lbs doing this. A healthy shake in the morning for breakfast and two meals. I’m not really a calorie tracker kind of guy and this has proven to be effective for me
