Without the lockdown's there's no way I could've got used to it. Even now when we've opened up it's difficult when I'm not at home, there's so many opportunities to eat and you don't even think about it half the time, especially when at work or with friends.

when yu IF you said you ate a late breakfast and early lunch between 3 hours apart right? and did not eat until next day? thats crazy if you did it like that gj i could never do that

YA i stood up all day so use to go to the gym in the morning then go to work around 3 til 11 it was tough though in the winter standing outside in the cold you get so sick so easy in the winter when you workout to
First week with two PT sessions and feeling good. Still nice and sore from one of my first real upper body days on Wednesday. Gonna cycle to my fav bar after work today and play some pool, bump up my step count and do a little cardio there and back.
My goal is like 2800-2900 cal a day for a lean bulk. I could get 1400 easy in my breakfast but it's my lunch and dinner that are hard. Stuffing my face with chicken and pasta is alot of mental work lmao. But the morning with eggs bacon toast and a loaded protein shake is easy and fun
