My goal is like 2800-2900 cal a day for a lean bulk. I could get 1400 easy in my breakfast but it's my lunch and dinner that are hard. Stuffing my face with chicken and pasta is alot of mental work lmao. But the morning with eggs bacon toast and a loaded protein shake is easy and fun

And I’m meeting back up w my homies to drink in like 3 hours...

got a lil bit of a stomach atm but happy to take the short term L for long term W. gonna get to around 85kg by end of the year and then cut a bit

In the last year, I went from around 190 lbs to 220 lbs. There were stretches where I was going twice a day just to try to keep myself sane.

today i went for a long ass walk then a 20-30 min bike ride so there is my cardio, what is also funny is that i see ppl outside in toronto and they look like they have been working out still or maintaining like f*** but the gyms have been closed since last SEPTEMBER FOR F*** SAKES

I was doing 16:8 but as the weeks are going by I’m slowly switching to 23:1 / OMAD since I’m no longer as hungry as I used to be.
On weekends I’m a bit more relaxed with my eating windows but I don’t overdo it or anything.
Not really exercising much currently but I’m hoping to start from July 1st
