trying to fill in the gaps with greek yogurt but I just don't have the appetite.

That’s always tempting when it’s so short and you’ve made hella progress. Another couple days ain’t gonna do nothing but fatigue me. Gotta know when to call it.

I have been lifting for a long time but I completely cut junk and been eating barely 2500 cals if that. Maybe it's cause I don't enough steady state cardio.

Don’t hit legs too hard bro if your legs are already good, it’s not aesthetic. Zyzz said once you get a good base, just doing 3 sets of squats at 225 for 10 reps is all you need

A little dark but once you start this journey you’re never really satisfied you just keep going and going till u hit that genetic wall
Before or after and how long?
I do before, about 30-35 minutes. I just do 15 incline walking at 4-4.5mph until I’ve burned 300+ calories then cool down for like 5 mins
Gonna stop being lazy and start doing it more, cant be bothered sometimes when im done work and have so much time left in the day just wanna do my lifts nd be done
How often do yall do cardio?
2-3 times
15 min before workout
15 min after
And 7-10k steps daily
