Anyone got cardio recommendations when bulking? Losing weight is not the goal, but maintaining conditioning / fitness, improving nutrient partitioning

you guys do ohp with 1 set of dumbbells each when you train? its suppose to help you lift more weight when you do ohp afterwords also good over imbalance muscle training

Several weeks doing OHP, maybe like 6-12 weeks then switch to Db presses for several weeks, then switch back etc

i did last week with 2 dumbbells i am going to do it with 1 hand today

Struggling to not get down about feeling stuck in recovery instead of being able to really work out or do any sport.
Like i kno i should be grateful for being able to brush against 10k step days when i couldn't even walk for 7-8 weeks but ugh it feels endless.
Just wanna sprint on my bicycle and do heavy deadlifts and climb mountains but NO can't do any of that yet. Can at least gently ride my bicycle but ugh i just wanna go HARD doing something.

No way u got too much muscle tho u should lift a little bit to keep as much as you can. Do a simple and quick lift session like 3x week. 30min on 3 days is not much but it'll help u keep muscle rly well.
Still go wild with cardio tho.
Also finally hit a 100lb OHP for 3 reps. Been trying to go passed 95 for a few weeks now. Feels good

do some IF + cardio (high and low intensity) and watch that HGH prosper
been increasing the weights on all my exercises.
diet is going better than expected. eating like crazy in the morning...(oatmeal, orange, banana, peanut butter sandwich, 2 fried eggs, greek yogurt)
