I’ll modify what I said
So realistically it’s more 3 x a week
But if I can add in here or there, not high volume but just touching the neck on a 4th day
I know you gotta be methodical and careful when training neck but I’ll let you know how it goes
I just shut u down last night my bad
Lol it’s all good bro
Bodybuilding is experimental & there’s really no playbook to it you never know how u respond to certain excercises/diets etc
Just becareful cause the neck is one place you can’t afford to make mistakes with. Make sure u adjust ur sleep to avoid overstraining
I just started exercising with weights seriously the past month.
In the beginning i feel the soreness heavily after workouts(around the first 2 weeks). But the past 2 weeks i barely feel any soreness at all even after increasing weights in the process. Is this normal? Is my muscles still increasing with the lack of soreness?

Totally normal. That soreness you felt is DOMS which stands for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. It happens when we stress our muscles in a new way. But they eventually get used to it and don't feel as sore. But as long as you are still lifting hard and making progress with more weight or more reps then you are doing good
diet has been an up and down thing for me this last week.
just making sure I eat lunch is tough.
I ordered some trail mix snacks and those have been helpful.
2 good days in a row. followed by a rocky start today. I just grabbed a banana. yogurt and almonds...
you guys should eat fruit in the morning, a good portion size of oatmeal, egg whites greek yogurt or egg whites i do bot together maybe bread 1 piece and your good that is what i have everyday for breakfast

yes but definitely exacerbated through gear and d*** use
Combination of pre workout, maxing out on compound movements with beach house is legit inducing synthesisa I’m seeing colors
I've been trying to get in shape since last summer
I dropped 70 pounds since then and I keep losing more week by week
all I've been doing is lifting weights and bodyweight exercises with a bit of cardio twice to 3 times a week plus I just got some resistance bands
and I recently got some new clothes cause all my previous ones were too baggy and could literally fit 2 people like me in em and I was amazed at how far putting in a lil bit of work steadily can take you ....and the best part is that I didnt just lose mass. Instead, where there was fat now there's definition and muscle (finally!)
I still have a long way to go to reach my goal so I'm in no place to brag. I just wanted to share my happiness and fruits of labour with you guys
and just so you know I'm grateful for every single person that works hard cause they/you are what motivates me to get off my ass and work...so thank you!!!

Do you feel colder easier since you dropped the weight? The worst part of the whole experience for me, gotta layer up like crazy when it’s cold now.

I take cold showers and they make me feel warmer when I put clothes on
other than that I only get colder when I'm malnourished and the best thing that helps with that is hot cups of coffee or green tea...others prefer hot cacao or milk but it's really just preference
hot drinks help a lot tho...for example back in december I had my hoodie on with my AC on and whenever I had a hot drink I'd get warm and take my hoodie off
soups help a lot too along with spicy food.....boukovo pepper and hot paprika are dope in my opinion
I cant think of anything else right now that might help
but no, I rarely get cold
i feel like a f***ing monster right now, strength is brazy. I'm lonely but I'm okay with that at the moment.
