anyone else hate working out with other people? Like my friends ask me to work out and im like "nahhhh"
I do but if someone is asking me and they’re serious I’ll go with them to keep them company. It’s not easy for some people to ask so I’ll go once at least. But if they’re messing around too much I’ll make a note of it and decline next time

the side lateral i do this but i use heavy weights like 40 an to hold it there before i bring it back down

Overdoing it tbh. You really gotta becareful with the neck that’s one place that can actually get overworked and the last place you want any kind of discomfort let alone injury
Traps are minor muscles u don’t need that much work to get them to pop out. Do some levrone-style behind the neck shoulder presses plus at the end of any dumbell push excercises do some shrugs. Will help strengthen grip + give u better traps in the easiest possible way

But if I can add in here or there, not high volume but just touching the neck on a 4th day
I know you gotta be methodical and careful when training neck but I’ll let you know how it goes
