Try fasting and eating within a window. Also with your cardio maybe try more intensity as well. Just do something to shock your system.
Also don’t be discouraged by the scale. Have you measured your waist? Your body fat percentage? Any progress there? My weight stagnated for a bit but my clothes were getting bigger and bigger and that kept me going.
Been operating on a 18:6 window for eating. Maybe I just need to be more strict on what I eat even though I feel like I do a decent job. I’ve been really trying to ramp up my cardio as well but trying to not go too hard since I’m still recovering from my Achilles injury. You’re right I need to look at other tangible progress

Nvm the scale sometimes water composition fluctuates. But try to limit sodium intake for 7 to 10 days then check back
If it’s still stagnating cycle ur carbs & do cardio EOD

My cousin does this as well. It’s tough fam I salute you. His issue was not only that (being tired from already doing a physically demanding job) but he didn’t know how much calories he was burning at work day to day and when he tried to eat consistently it was difficult since his breaks weren’t consistent either.
He ended up getting a fitness tracker to help track cals burned then he worked around it. When he didn’t burn as much cals he went to the gym and if he did he just rested.

I’m just wondering if there is even a point to working out because everyday I’m doing anywhere from 8-12 hour shift of constant moving and lifting and I can notice muscle results just from working so I don’t want to risk over working my muscles by adding lifting into it. I may just start drinking protein shakes after my construction shifts lol.

always eat i know plenty of guys who did construction and workout they used things like pre workout, bcaa during there lifts also since your always moving around an stuff always be eating nuts pnb sandwich if you can to always be getting food in when you can even vector bars if you can

Yeah sounds pretty good. Only thing I’d add is maybe do lifts on areas you aren’t working out at your job? I’m sure there’s some muscle groups you aren’t working out there. But if you’re noticing gains without the gym just keep doing what you’re doing.
