Been advised to workout only twice a week with lower weights and shorter sets because it might be causing my headaches and fatigue. Real shame but I guess I can maintain doing this, right?

I can’t remember which vid it was but they said at the end of the concentric you’re supposed to be in a position similar to a double bicep flex. If you haven’t already, lower the weight, go for higher reps and pause.
If it’s just face pulls where you’re struggling to work rear delts then I’d just switch for another movement like chest supported reverse flys

Yeah i saw that one. Doing that too. Trying to get my thumbs behind me too, although pretty difficult cause the rope kinda short. With resistance bands i seem to feel it a bit more than w the cable..

Sick. I might be wrong but I think it’s as good for posture as any other unsupported back work so long as form is on point
