since doing home workouts an only using up 52 adjustable i have been doing like 4 sets of like 15 or 5 sometimes depending on what i am doing i kinda strained my elbow flexer so i will be taking a week to rest it but will do more cardio an some abs , so when i am good to go for next week gyms will open and i can return there fresh
Can finally consistently touch my toes while standing now. Burns sitting down though, but I manage to hold 10 Seconds each time, it's excruciating tho lol
treadmill cardio + chest & back. there's nothing like lifting. i feel amazing

depending on what you wanna do build muscle get lean but what i do is chest, legs, arms with abs and cardio afterwords not heavy amounts but again depending on what yu wanna do, back, then do shoulders but dont do 5 days in a row take a rest day then do shoulders on like the weekend

cardio class got cancelled so subbed with treadmill cardio. shoulders, biceps & triceps and then finished with yoga class
yo it's my one month anniversary of eating fully clean. i was planning a cheat day for weeks but now i don't want it anymore. aiming for 2 more months
