    around a year. i was 220 this time last year and now i’m 178. but i f***ed up and restarted / gained weight back so many times which is part of the process lol it happens

    Damn honestly needed this reminder that this s*** doesn’t happen immediately, it’s all about the long run.

    Man, just got out my first sess. I was Doing bodyweight squats in the mirror, Im literally underweight as f***. This is def the best financial decision ive made since copping my car.

    Trainer is awesome as well. Starting my exercise journey. lets f***ing go!!

    i wear baggy ass clothes most of the time and dont have a full body mirror so i never saw how underweight i was. Then he put me on the scale and i was like

    We all gotta start somewhere tho!!

    In months there should be a difference. Im already changing my diet ate a f*** ton (to me rn) this morning feelin good

    in the same boat man,was way too skinny so i got a trainer in the gym,been rocking for 3 weeks monday to friday

    lets get it need to get bulky

    also been cooking a lot more

    Put on 10lbs up to 160 in a week. That extra 30mins at the gym been paying off already. Would like to be at a steady 170lbs if possible by the end of August.
