Just build a solid base with push pull legs. Deadlift is a risky lift no need to do it if ur deadlift is that low, ur max for it will increase from just lifting more

I’ve never imagined myself actively going to the gym or working out.
I’ve been going (almost every day) for the past month. First couple of weeks I struggled benching the bar by itself, so it’s cool to at least feel myself being able to lift more because I never imagined myself doing any of this.
Here’s my progress (I feel like I have slight body dysmorphia so I can’t really tell if there’s a difference)
