    been expanding my lil collection:

    • i got a 121lbs/55kg resistance band for deadlifts
    • a wooden yoga block for elevated calf raise

    I don’t think deadlifts are important until you have a solid base. Deadlifting 121 is not necessary

    its actually good lol it digest quick etc other protein gets my stomach going and some have sugar an i cant have sugar or other supplements being diabetic that can harm my body

    Just build a solid base with push pull legs. Deadlift is a risky lift no need to do it if ur deadlift is that low, ur max for it will increase from just lifting more

    the band says 121 but the max tension is up to double depends on how you do it

    I’ve never imagined myself actively going to the gym or working out.
    I’ve been going (almost every day) for the past month. First couple of weeks I struggled benching the bar by itself, so it’s cool to at least feel myself being able to lift more because I never imagined myself doing any of this.
    Here’s my progress (I feel like I have slight body dysmorphia so I can’t really tell if there’s a difference)

    Yeaahh imma take some days off the protein shakes my stomach is f***ed rn. Cant even eat without me gagging over th toilet. i might skip gym today

    good looks, my man. gonna take a progress pic on my 6th week and see if i made a dent or not. i did a full body workout every 3 days

    its gonna blow up soon. only 1 supermarket chain has it in my country (netherlands)
