    I’ve never imagined myself actively going to the gym or working out.
    I’ve been going (almost every day) for the past month. First couple of weeks I struggled benching the bar by itself, so it’s cool to at least feel myself being able to lift more because I never imagined myself doing any of this.
    Here’s my progress (I feel like I have slight body dysmorphia so I can’t really tell if there’s a difference)

    What are you lifts looking like

    I was cutting too for the first 4 weeks. Probably going to go into maintenance mode right now.

    Endurance-wise I'm probably at 90% of my max.

    Some of my strength lifts like squats are really good, hit 495 for a double the other day.

    My bench is down quite a bit.

    This will be my second time running rad. I did a cycle of LGD+MK677 after my first cycle and that was great - had most of my strength PRs on that cycle. Rad always makes me anxious as f***, lethargic... but I get super f***ing lean. Here's what I looked like after the completion of my last cycle of Rad. My chest has gotten bigger since this pic. On my LGD+MK cycle all I focused on was my chest, my bench went from 335 to 390 for a 1RM.

    Reference: 6'3 (or 6'4 idk) 230lbs in this pic

    Not sure if I'll complete this cycle. I might go back on LGD+MK again.

    Bruh i was down bad for like 3 days

    Im not lactose so i can go hard. but after a few weeks of 3 big ass protein shakes a day + regular food i couldnt even eat. talked to a trainer at the gym and he said the same thing u said lol.

    Use plant based s*** and a mass gainer (even tho i read those arent good either, but trainer said at my weight who cares, just get the weight up) lol

    yo just grab a spoon and eat 100% peanut butter out of a jar. i gained 3kg in weeks f***ing around with that s***.

    im still trying to shed that weight rn

    Thats a lie from the pit of hell lmfao. Way harder to gain. All u have to do to lose weight is not eat. Thats easy as s*** for skinny people tryna bulk lol

    Eating is by far the hardest in this fitness journey. Keeping a gym routine and busting my ass there is literally nothing compared to me eating all day
