I’ve never imagined myself actively going to the gym or working out.
I’ve been going (almost every day) for the past month. First couple of weeks I struggled benching the bar by itself, so it’s cool to at least feel myself being able to lift more because I never imagined myself doing any of this.
Here’s my progress (I feel like I have slight body dysmorphia so I can’t really tell if there’s a difference)

I was cutting too for the first 4 weeks. Probably going to go into maintenance mode right now.
Endurance-wise I'm probably at 90% of my max.
Some of my strength lifts like squats are really good, hit 495 for a double the other day.
My bench is down quite a bit.
This will be my second time running rad. I did a cycle of LGD+MK677 after my first cycle and that was great - had most of my strength PRs on that cycle. Rad always makes me anxious as f***, lethargic... but I get super f***ing lean. Here's what I looked like after the completion of my last cycle of Rad. My chest has gotten bigger since this pic. On my LGD+MK cycle all I focused on was my chest, my bench went from 335 to 390 for a 1RM.
