    Thats a lie from the pit of hell lmfao. Way harder to gain. All u have to do to lose weight is not eat. Thats easy as s*** for skinny people tryna bulk lol

    Eating is by far the hardest in this fitness journey. Keeping a gym routine and busting my ass there is literally nothing compared to me eating all day

    my activity level hasnt changed throughout out my my lil experiment. i lift and do yoga

    its harder to lose 3kg than to gain

    i was obese in a previous life so maybe my body wants to be fat as opposed to skinny

    It’s dependent on so many factors of that individual. Also depends what the composition of the 3kg is. Gaining 3kg of muscle is WILDLY different than 3kg of fat

    it didnt even last a month (3 weeks max) so its mostly fat probably

    Squat and deadlift variations . Sounds like you’re new to lifting so you don’t need a surplus at all to gain muscle tissue. Your quads/thighs will grow tho. No movement can target just specifically glutes

    I’ve never imagined myself actively going to the gym or working out.
    I’ve been going (almost every day) for the past month. First couple of weeks I struggled benching the bar by itself, so it’s cool to at least feel myself being able to lift more because I never imagined myself doing any of this.
    Here’s my progress (I feel like I have slight body dysmorphia so I can’t really tell if there’s a difference)
