What yall eat on a daily basis?
Theres not an hour where i aint ingesting something. Pb-js, shakes, PB out the jar, chicken, rice, beans, pasta, ice cream, oatmeal veggies ofc and fruits

I work out regularly with a s***ty diet, but f***ing eating annoys me. Can someone give me some push to finally stick to a good meal plan?

yup same. I feel alot healthier. I was literally boutta die at the weight i was at. I just gotta get used to constantly eating.

For breakfast usually a few sandwiches,or an omelette
For lunch a protein,veggies and a carb
and for dinner usually pasta/sandwich or whatever i can whip up quickly.
In between meals i usually snack on peanuts

just got one of those fancy weight scales with handles to measure bodyfat percentage. i know its not 100% accurate but i need an estimation cuz i have no f’ing clue

Won’t lie you’re better off estimating with your eyes or sending a pic to someone who kinda knows what they’re looking at. Those scales are usually +/- 5-8% off from the truth.
