try protien chips
I don’t like snacks because I’m naturally a fatty and will eat more than I should if they’re around. So I stick with protein substitutes that replace like actual meals, outside of whey shakes ofc.
only need 100g
Not arguing just wondering bc that’s hella low protein intake for a non-vegan diet.

could be due to the calorie limit maybe, but even at 2000 calories i get like 110-130g dunno.
I try to get at least 130g at 160lb bodyweight. I'm not too worried about getting 1g to 1lb of bw.

Yeah that’s low too. I’m at 2200 and easily hit 150-180ish, getting 200g which I target is a bit of a struggle sometimes tho.
I guess I just eat hella meat

If I could afford steaks everyday my protein would be through the roof but I just can't stomach all that ground beef when I do cook it. I get like half my protein in the morning with a whey shake, eggs, bacon, and a tortilla or something.

Steaks actually aren’t amazing for protein to cal ratio tbh, chicken on the other hand tho . Pretty much all I eat is chicken so it makes sense

I gotta pick up more chicken. I can't meal prep it, hate that dry taste, but when I cook it fresh on the pan I could eat it all day.
miss eating salmon too, maybe not the best for the price but I always feel incredible when salmon is in my diet
any of you eat protein waffles or pancakes or have protein chips ?
i dont do pastries and such
Won’t lie you’re better off estimating with your eyes or sending a pic to someone who kinda knows what they’re looking at. Those scales are usually +/- 5-8% off from the truth.
all the reviews looked good. i seen some health professionals use it in their practice for their clients.
What yall eat on a daily basis?
one meal a day from 11:00-12:30
dish 1: two steaks/lamb chops/some wings and salad w/ lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes w/ nutritional yeast and vinegar
side dish 1: miso soup/kimchi
dish 2: two sandwiches low carb bread usually with two eggs, avocado, spinach, tomato and some sriracha mayo.
in each and I'll either throw in bacon, beef strips, lamb strips or pork chops/tenders.
I also sub in tuna, sardines or spam when bacon/eggs are low
water fast after that for 20-22 hours and then we go again.

Not at all. I’m barely even hitting 200g of protein w/ all that meat.
Double chicken at chipotle is only 64g of protein and steak is 60g
I’m 210 lbs I’m not a little boy

There’s too many limitations in the way those scales measure bodyfat to be accurate. Even the $200+ dollar ones. Even a dexa scan is often off by a few % points but is definitely still the most reliable tool humans have.
