yo is there anyway to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time? I have been bulking for 2 months, (i was already fat that time). I can totally see muscle gain but im still kinda fat THO smh

because I had no muscle on me. I was looking like some lil b**** ass boy with no muscle on me probably why i used to get robbed smh. Well well. Now im kind off fat but I want to lose weight and still keep gaining muscle. How do i go about this? If i just lose weight without gaining or atleast keeping my muscle im gonna look like some weak ass kid with no muscle on me
Just eat less than your maintenance but continue lifting. You wont gain as much as you would if you were bulking but your muscles will pretty much stay intact and the loss of fat will make them look bigger too

Okay good. well my maintenance is like 2000 cal. But i burn like 500 cal each day by walking. so I could eat 2000 cal, still get a lot of protein as always, and then lift weights. That way i should be able to lose weights without losing muscle. Right? i just wanna fo it for like a month or two, then go back to gaining muscle.

Does anyone recommend Planet Fitness? It’s literally right across the street from my house. I’ve heard bad things from body builders but I just want to get more toned. Have a tighter stomach and chest. I don’t want to be one of those gyms where I am stuck in a contract. Can you cancel anytime? Not because I’ll get lazy but just in case I run into money problems.
It’s cheap as hell and open 24/7, can’t beat that.
Won’t have as many machines as other gyms, just gotta get creative with your workouts is all.

Same thing u do as a non vegan, eat a caloric surplus. Calorie dense foods are generally the easiest to eat since they usually taste the best anyway.
You can use nuts and seeds as a base to make hundreds of different healthy sauces and dips(either need a blender or to use nut butters) and drench everything in them and you will hit that surplus no problem
