    yo ive been bulking up the last 2 months and i really feel like i can see a big difference. I look bigger and s*** still a long way to go. Im still lowkey fat tho i wanna lose a little fat while gaining muscle how can i do this

    Just started my 5 day split today. Smh haven’t worked out consistently since summer smh but f*** it back on it

    Today was leg day f***kkk

    Did Squats, Romanian deadlifts, weighted wall sits superset with lunges, dumbbell step ups and calve raises

    Cardio, hiit, more of a focus on ab training, a lot of stomach vacuums, and cut down on portion sizes and carbs

    Just finished Arnold’s blueprint to mass. Gonna start the blueprint to cut. Has anyone tried this program or got a different cut program they do?

    Oh word okay. It’s pretty simple huh? I tried it it seems as simple as exhaling while sucking in ur stomach as far as possible and holding it

    Does anyone recommend Planet Fitness? It’s literally right across the street from my house. I’ve heard bad things from body builders but I just want to get more toned. Have a tighter stomach and chest. I don’t want to be one of those gyms where I am stuck in a contract. Can you cancel anytime? Not because I’ll get lazy but just in case I run into money problems.

    im pretty sure you can cancel anytime but id double check. had a membership briefly and didnt have issues cancelling. would i recommend it tho? prob not its pretty s*** imo

    I think they pretty much only have machines and no or little free weights. But if you're just starting out it's fine. If you make some progress and want to start doing more advanced exercises you will definitely want to change gyms

    In a way cardio actually kinda helped me with calorie intake, I would always be so hungry after that I would have a huge meal. Eventually I got used to eating big meals and could have them all the time

    yo is there anyway to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time? I have been bulking for 2 months, (i was already fat that time). I can totally see muscle gain but im still kinda fat THO smh
