    Pork rinds i forgot about those fr

    the macros is nuts. i used to snack on meat sticks but the fat % is higher than the protein. pork rinds is actually leaner but has double the protein. crazy

    soy curls/seitan got wild ratios as well

    they like 75% protein by weight lmfao so a lil bit goes a long way given you can only really absorb 30-40g at a time

    not even two weeks into my membership yet and i’m noticing improvements. my chest and forearms are beefing tf up

    need to keep on top of measuring my calorie intake tho, i’m the worst at it

    Been alternating on conventional and hex too save my back but I need to start doing stretches again cus this don’t feel right lol

    Continue to take it unless you’re taking a break from lifting.
    If you’re only gonna cut it out for a short period I believe that’s fine bc it won’t significantly drop your stores of creatine.
    No reason to ever stop taking it unless it’s causing you discomfort. It’s taken by non athletes too on a regular basis

    no im good with it just my concern is because i am diabetic and cretin can effect your kidneys if your diabetic type 1 that is my only concern atm

    -dont be shy from carbs, without them you will feel hungrier more often
    -eat a s*** ton of veggies, throw them in every meal to make you more full
    -low calorie ice cream is great
    -eat enough protein (0.8-1 gram protein per lb of body weight)
    -more cardio will be worse for you, low impact like walking on incline is best
    -greg doucette's recipe for french toast is also a game changer and will leave you full for a long ass time

    i am alot of condition training thats better then cardio imo

    If you have time watch until the 15 min mark. This is strictly for burning fat.

    Combine this with intermittent fasting and some HIIT training/weights and you’ll be a fat burning machine. Sleep is also important as well. Good luck!

    Yeah that’s why I was saying to not watch after 15 mins. The stuff before all of that is solid tbh. I’ve implemented it and has been amazing.
