    Gotta diversify your access to money somehow once you get that card and pay what needs to be paid. I got like 3 credit cards I never carry a balance on, my debit, and then 1k emergency cash in my safe. You never know what might happen

    Thats what i usually do but i jist forgot to do it this time smh. I kinda flipped out once i saw the fraud on my bank statement and called it in before i transferred

    how much yall think is cutting too fast if you want to retain as much muscle as possible? I know its mainly a case-by-case thing.

    Trying out 0.3kg-0.5kg a weak right now.

    Depends on your goals. Had a quick look at his videos and it doesn’t seem like he wants to be massive but wants to be more mobile so from that view I can see why he’s trying to push that message. To each their own.

    I did some sumo style deadlifts with one of my medium bands thru it. real nice
