yea I'm recovering from a pretty bad motorcycle accident back in March still lol but finally feeling more solid so I'm glad I can start doing exercises like these again

Eh. I try to get 2200 cals because my TDEE is around 2600/2700 and I’m cutting but I’m not too aggressive with my cal counting. Most days I’m within the target +/- 150 cals.
And I don’t care if its clean or not. I’ll get five guys if it fits my remaining cals + protein.

I aint that strict at all. I eat pretty much whatever until i reach my surplus. I started rail thin tho. Underweight ppl just need to eat idk if its important to eat clean at that point

Your not wrong I do it with weights it’s so much better you need two ropes for the face pulls the weights you sit on a bench an you pull them close to you like your going to do a sitting shoulder press but you pull back

Been going 5 days a week to the gym with 1 rest day off in between id maybe so I was over pushing it tbh so maybe a little time off is good for me
