    I did some sumo style deadlifts with one of my medium bands thru it. real nice

    im recovering from an injury rn so i cant lift heavy but i did kettlebell + looped band sumo deadlifts and goblet squats on a lighter weight and it turned out great

    yea I'm recovering from a pretty bad motorcycle accident back in March still lol but finally feeling more solid so I'm glad I can start doing exercises like these again

    how much yall think is cutting too fast if you want to retain as much muscle as possible? I know its mainly a case-by-case thing.

    Trying out 0.3kg-0.5kg a weak right now.

    2 kg a month is your max

    2.5 if you manage to hit 1.5g protein per lbs body weight

    Eh. I try to get 2200 cals because my TDEE is around 2600/2700 and I’m cutting but I’m not too aggressive with my cal counting. Most days I’m within the target +/- 150 cals.

    And I don’t care if its clean or not. I’ll get five guys if it fits my remaining cals + protein.

    I aint that strict at all. I eat pretty much whatever until i reach my surplus. I started rail thin tho. Underweight ppl just need to eat idk if its important to eat clean at that point

    Your not wrong I do it with weights it’s so much better you need two ropes for the face pulls the weights you sit on a bench an you pull them close to you like your going to do a sitting shoulder press but you pull back

    i eat whatever gets me to my protein and calorie goal. i don't get second thoughts or feel guilty about eating fast food or whatever, but i still prefer to prepare and eat 'healthy'.

    only happened to me in my first 2 weeks

    You know what you do to avoid this ever stretch before an after an I f you can every morning foam roll and if you want in the morning when you wake up one of the 1st things you do is drink a full bottle of water it will hydrate your muscles because you did or drink any water for 8hrs
