Really fascinated about calisthenics. I’ve really been the same weight 164 this whole time, slim. Definitely bout to put in work. This will be my therapy.
yeah I was sick of the gyms opening and closing and all that. Now I have a full gym at home
basically did the same just scaled down because I really don't need much weight considering where I'm at physically right now
plus makes it almost impossible to skip a workout when the "gym" is right there lol

yeah bro sometimes , because I work from home, I put my gym clothes on and just work out because I feel like it. No stuck in traffic or waiting time lol

I feel like thats normal, if you take preworkout toss in a half teaspoon of salt. youre probably low on electrolytes

I got lightheaded from leg press before but it goes away within like a minute.. this time i was still getting lightheaded during other exercises afte as well that's what spooked me
