Im 90kg and i get like 170g protein everyday, idk how much higher i could go since i wanna stay at 2500 a day kcal
And i already take omega 3 supplements already lmao

i definitely am a lot more flatter and have lost probably around 2-3kgs
i've been working out at home but the workouts have be very lacklustre - just going through the motions. it's been around 3.5 months since i've actually worked out at the gym. haven't been tracking at all too, probably been eating just under or just at maintenance the entire time

should be better otherwise try some plant based ones or if you're not opposed blend some soft tofu with coconut milk

you can make fermented coconut yoghurt yourself. I did it sometimes. you just put kefir cultures in coconut milk ( but yeah hopefully cottage works for ya)
