Bunch of mates are ordering turkesterone, anyone have any experience? I’ve done a bunch of research and the consensus seems to be that it works but it is expensive for the gains provided etc
Im so excited to be able to deadlift and bench again in two weeks
This been a LONG 3-4 months

damn lol.
Tbh I hardly been working out this year consistently because I graduated, started working full time, commuting every day, + a lot of change in my life.
I barely made any progress in lifts this year and probably averaged 2 days a week till May anyway (we locked down in June) where I started going 4-5 times again.
I started gyming in September 2019 and honestly it feels like I've only been able to consistently go for 1 1/4 years at best.
What should I expect weight gain or gains in general wise in going back to the gym? I expect to hit my old lifts in a month max but I'm also currently on a deficit to try and lean out.

watch this vid and see if you think it's worth it
Need some calf stretches or workouts, one of them is bad. Went to the doctor who said I should go to a physiotherapist.
They just gave me some exercises and i’ve been there like 8 weeks but they keep on trying to keep me on but like I ain’t trying to pay for someone to give me exercises that don’t help me.
I’m not sure if it’s cause it’s tight or not but cannot stand on it for prolonged time or walk as long as I used to.
I already seating and standing calf raises plus squats. Other then that some few stretches but nothing major. Gonna get a foam roller or a alternative soon
ran 10miles in the rain yesterday, people looking at me like I was a psycho but I was in the zone, was supposed to stop after 5 miles but wanted to keep going
wanted to keep going but it got dark and had to get home
damn lol.

if you wanna lift alot just eat alot
if you wanna lift alot just eat alot
No I mean I wanna cut. But I’m curious if going back to the gym will mean my weight will remain around the same for at least a month as muscle memory kicks in/noob gains to an extent

was gonna recommend a foam roller. u can roll your calves on a tennis or lacrosse ball too. as for stretches just look up calf stretches in different positions, like squatting, straight leg, etc

@plants atting you to Bc it was a reply to a reply lol. But yeah turkesterone is inconsistent at best. Research ,although inconsistent and rare, indicates it does stimulate an anabolic response but the question is how potent is it really. The main drawback is that it’s not researched enough, but the consensus(anecdotal included) suggests it might have similar efficacy to something like a creatine. Some people have regressed while taking this stuff(could be a training/nutrition optimization issue) while others have seen 5+ lb increases in a few months + slight strength gains. Bottom line is it’s for sure not a game changer but if anything it might be comparable to a creatine. Also no side effects since it’s not androgenic
