gotta say its been like almost 10 years since i bothered with creatine and i dont even remember what the benefits are but its only like 5g tossed into a shake or w/e right? might f*** around and add that in to my routine sometime again later...

Yessir only 5g a day. Benefits are increased ATP production so essentially more energy. As well as more glucose storage in muscles so you appear fuller and that also assists in strength. Main drawback with that is you’re more inclined to dehydration(cramps etc) and u might look puffier in the face.
It also has nootropic benefits but I wouldn’t bank on that being as efficacious.
So essentially creatine makes u look bigger and allows you to perform more which on the long run builds more muscle and strength.

Falling back in love with the gym man.
Love my new gym, the people there seem dope too. Shouldve switched a long time ago
Only downside is that they close @ 10pm on weekdays and 3pm on weekends unlike my other gym that was open 24/7.

dam 3pm on the weekend kinda rough but honestly just promotes u waking up early and getting a good sesh in so lowkey its not even a bad thing

Oh nice sounds like things working out anyway. Nice that you found a new gym and enjoy it so much! Makes it even easier to go there and get diced
was gonna recommend a foam roller. u can roll your calves on a tennis or lacrosse ball too. as for stretches just look up calf stretches in different positions, like squatting, straight leg, etc
Thank you! Gonna get a tennis ball as well then cause why not
I need a resit band to use for stretching a thin one anyone have good recommendations for one or names if you do post a pic of it, the one i have is almost broken

I gotta buy some cus it’s cheap af in bulk too, there are like virtually no downsides… I do like having a lean face tho
natural steroid? when did this become a thing
It’s been buzzing bc of more
Plates more dates
Physique and strength are going up despite not having optimal sleep and diet a few days out of the week. I wonder how my progress would be if I wasn’t going out till 4 am, twice a week + my work has me staying up till that time as well so I don’t really go to sleep early unless I’m off and at

Us elite jawline/cheekbone boys are fine but my baby face brothers don’t need any more retention in the face
Are reps to failure beneficial? I'm looking to bulk up this winter
Very close to failure not necessarily actual failure

Started creatine recently 5g a day. 3 weeks later I had a blood test bc I’ve had kidney issues post cancer treatment. Doc called to say I had high creatinine and low glomerular filtration levels
They want me to redo the blood test next week. I don’t have any kidney damage so far, even as of now I’m fairly sure.
I think the only issue with the high creatinine would be masking any actual kidney damage in future. I’m not sure about how creatine affects glomerular filtration levels though.
I don’t wanna have to jump off it bc I’ve definitely noticed it’s helped boost progress and I haven’t felt any negative side effects whatsoever
If I’d done that loading phase crap though I can’t imagine how wild those test results would be
