1 week is the longest break ive taken since i started. been sick
sometimes i have found this out with me is that in the fall or winter time sometimes i may over train or it can be just working out normally doing the exact same things is that i find it tires me out more an i may need a week to recover at least so dont worry
hit 4 plate 5 pound dead lift yesterday but funny thing is that i felt like s*** going to the gym did not feel like pushing that much but f*** i was talking to these guys at the gym an they were talking about competing an stuff an doing heavy dead lifts so f*** that motivated me to push yesterday do a good back out
