Wanted to put some folks on to this. This website gets protein powders, pwo, vitamins, etc. that are close to or already expired and then sells them discounted depending on how close to the expiration date they are. I'm talking like 20-90% off. As someone who doesn't give a F*** about expiration dates I am all over this.

They're very optimistic so that companies are always on the safe side. Last thing a company wants is to put the expiration date close to the ACTUAL expiration date of the product, they put themselves more at risk of it expiring fast for some reason, and then getting sued.

It’s pretty much a catalyst due to DHT increase. If you were already genetically predisposed to hair loss it simply speeds up the process. If you’re not predisposed you’re fine. Basically if you were going to be bald at 35, creatine will make it happen at like 33/32 instead. It just expedites the hair loss by a couple years.
But with modern technology and science hair loss ain’t even a concern

Usually on keto you prioritise fat and probably won’t get enough protein to build mass would be my guess. Strict keto warns against having too much protein as it can induce insulin spikes allegedly. But aren’t you trying to get ripped or lean? KETO should be fine for that, as in lean muscle.

yeah s*** is like a f***ing protein shake straight out the carton! it's a little on the thick side though so when you add some powder to it it can be like trying to drink a solid
I usually stick with regular soy milk when im making a shake because of that, but the silk ultra can turn a bowl of cereal into a post workout snack lol

yeah that was the old keto model when we thought too much protein would convert into glucose and kick you of ketosis.
