    Monday- shoulders
    Tuesday- back and hamstrings
    Wednesday- chest
    Thursday- quads and core
    Friday- arms
    Sat- chest and back

    Get stronger on your upper body. A stronger muscle is a bigger muscle.

    It's only steroid users who can do 'fluff & pump' workouts and get more aesthetic/stronger. As a natty you have follow a strength training program where you progressively get stronger.

    Almost over covid. Will have been a full two weeks without the gym. Idc where my strength is at anymore just excited to go back

    You need to workout the entire body.
    Otherwise you'll have a baby back, baby traps etc.

    Also neglecting other muscles will lead to imbalances, which will cause injury.

    Classic example is a gym bro who only does bench press and ends with with rounded protracted shoulders.

    Flat bench, incline hex dumbbell press will build a complete chest.

    It's a close grip dumbbell press but the heads of the dumbbells are shaped like a hexagon

    This allows an even closer grip than round dumbbell since the two flat sides can mate.

    This workout is great for middle chest, upper middle chest, and triceps.

    Most people don't hit their middle chest and especially upper middle chest.

    I'm at 220g of protein
    1860 calories

    Gonna eat another steak and be at

    2490 calories
    278g of protein

    i do flat bench then incline afterwords then lower chest for the end but this looks cool also reverse incline is crazy if ppl do it on here but it needs to be done with lighter weights, and floor flies which i love doing is great to

    I started off doing pure strength training but recently decided to add some bodybuilding elements

    Looking to add reverse flyes to build rear delts
    Since I don't compete and don't ever plan to, it doesn't matter if I add in some isolation

    how do i know if my lower back is completely healed? is there an exercise i can do to check without aggravating it?

    Try Pendlay barbell rows.

    I remember about a year ago I attempted to deadlift too much, although I lifted it I completely fried and screwed my back up for about 2 weeks.

    Drop weight until form is perfect, record yourself for form check.

    leg day is the most important

    they say b****es dont look at legs but they do. and subconsciously strong legs look better than strong torso but chicken legs

    no leg work lets people know ur not serious about it
