Get stronger on your upper body. A stronger muscle is a bigger muscle.
It's only steroid users who can do 'fluff & pump' workouts and get more aesthetic/stronger. As a natty you have follow a strength training program where you progressively get stronger.
5 weeks in of 4 days a week.
I'm proud of myself. Never been this motivated before. Cant wait to complete another 5.
Almost over covid. Will have been a full two weeks without the gym. Idc where my strength is at anymore just excited to go back

You need to workout the entire body.
Otherwise you'll have a baby back, baby traps etc.
Also neglecting other muscles will lead to imbalances, which will cause injury.
Classic example is a gym bro who only does bench press and ends with with rounded protracted shoulders.
Flat bench, incline hex dumbbell press will build a complete chest.

This allows an even closer grip than round dumbbell since the two flat sides can mate.
This workout is great for middle chest, upper middle chest, and triceps.

I started off doing pure strength training but recently decided to add some bodybuilding elements

Try Pendlay barbell rows.
I remember about a year ago I attempted to deadlift too much, although I lifted it I completely fried and screwed my back up for about 2 weeks.
Drop weight until form is perfect, record yourself for form check.
I immediately see why ppl skip leg day lmfao

they say b****es dont look at legs but they do. and subconsciously strong legs look better than strong torso but chicken legs
