leg day is the most important
they say b****es dont look at legs but they do. and subconsciously strong legs look better than strong torso but chicken legs
no leg work lets people know ur not serious about it
legs are genetics to just to say you can do heavy squats dl to but it can stay the same

Weight has nothing to do with body composition
Bone density, fat distribution, muscle bellies, muscle type, fiber density, skeletal structure all play a role in perceived composition
@2:55 Chris says he’s 15 lbs heavier than calum & calum is 2 inches taller with almost the same level of perceived muscularity
How many times a week yall go or should be going? Im only doing 3-4 days a week cuz of work but tryna increase to 5-6 to hit every part twice a week

I'm going 3 days a week but I do Squat Bench Deadlift strict overhead press and barbell rows all in one day.
My assistance exercises are close grip hex dumbbell incline press and lateral raises.
Gonna go 5 days a week starting today
Adding in front squats, bicep curls and reverse flyes.

Depends on your program.
For stuff like PPL 6 days is ideal (a lot of people skip 2nd leg day tho). Bro split probably 5 days etc
