Hit 245 for like 8 on incline. Legit have not gone up for 5 years. Jeez I was lazy. Think I can hit near 275 for around the same reps by end of the year tbh
Constantly feeling hungry as hell no matter how much i eat, any tips in here?
You have to eat with more volume.
So instead of having a burrito with just meat and cheese, add i bell peppers, mushrooms, onions and spinach.
That's what I did. Also avoid any liquid calories and try to save your food for later in the day if you can.

I'm on a cut right now, but after experiencing a 2 day water fast this isn't that bad compared to that.
But I'm lucky I work 2nd shift because I spend all day at work and can't cheat on meals.

Im a pretty normal dude, work a 9-5 and hit the gym after work usually 5 times a week
I hate cooking so i tend to eat a lot of the same s*** over and over, chicken, beans, rice, stuff i can easily just meal prep and heat up
Im probably low on carbs, plus ive heard a lot of people mention the oat idea so it might not be a bad idea to start eating oatmeal in the morning

This is definitely helpful, i definitely dont use enough volume vegetables when im cooking
Pretty happy with how my back is progressing on my first 'cut'. I was skinny fat pre getting into the gym and started in around september 2019, my country was in lockdown with gyms closed for nearly a year total in that time and I havent really lifted at all consistently this year till lockdown started. Got a calisthenics bar and was able to basically develop my back for a month or two in lock down this year.
My front is really flabby still, I'm down 75kgish from 79kg starting at 176cm.
that first workout after not working out on a reg schedule for a month always feel like hell lmao
My legs get fatigued so easily.
Im talking 1 or 2 exercises for 2-3 sets each type of situation

So it sounds like you eat pretty clean then
like others have said maybe it’s just about eating more unrefined grains, healthy fats and leafy and cruciferous vegetables to help you feel satiated.
R/volumeeating is good for some ideas
Used free weights for the first time since the pandemic began. Coupled with my weight loss I was struggling
but it’s good to be back in the gym. felt good seeing the vascularity in the arms and feeling the pump

I started to add some protein oatmeal in the morning, low calorie high protein and probably has some of the carbs i need
Supposedly adding more grains will give me more energy and keep me full longer
i perfer dumbbeels rather then bench when doing chest
I did this for a while when i first started but ended up switching to traditional bench presses eventually. Just feels like i have more balance and control which helps lifting heavier easier
