    Make this but with chicken breasts

    I'm adding lettuce, turkey bacon and Swiss cheese and I'm using a small amount of ranch or cilantro ranch dressing for the suace. Also only use a little this is already pretty wet.

    I tried garlic sauce and sweet Chilli but honestly for an American pallet it tasted strange.

    I also use low carb tortillas and fat free plain Greek yogurt. It's pretty lean and packed with protein. I eat a 1lb 1/4 of chicken per day.

    Facts. Make wraps almost everyday as lunch too. It's so easy, healthy and tasty. Just throw on chicken/eggs for that protein, then some avocado, spinach etc

    For breakfast almost always drink a shake w milk, whey, oats, banana, peanut butter. Its nice and easy, esp for people w no appetite in the morning.

    Just my dinner mostly not that clean or completely tracked. Need to change that, but a bit harder imo

    If I'm ultra lazy I'll mix eggs and egg whites, cook em. Then cook some thin sliced ham and make wraps out of it.

    No lie i fell tf off after work what happened in september took a month off tryna save some funds.

    But f*** it, i gotta learn how to cook and meal prep and bulk on a budget I miss this s*** and im still at the same weight i was at in septemeber

    I f***ing hate that I let myself go.

    I’m almost 300Ibs 😅 (270Ibs) this is the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life. I look disgusting..

    Time to get back to it, I just don’t know how right now.

    Any suggestions?

    5 3 1 is a good one. I'm doing it now and am already noticing strength gains.

    Treadmill bro. Walk walk walk. Start slow at first, maybe 30-45 mins a day then up the speed + length. If you do this + eat a slight deficit you’ll be melting off that fat

    Also any “hard gainers” having some tips to bulk up? I’m burning 4K calories on my workout days and I find it super hard to eat more than 3-3,5k, including liquid calories
