You did, I did romanian deadlifts with barbells @235+ lbs and never experienced that.

    I'm not strong BTW either.

Tbh you're going to have to record yourself and post a form check

Treadmill bro. Walk walk walk. Start slow at first, maybe 30-45 mins a day then up the speed + length. If you do this + eat a slight deficit you’ll be melting off that fat

Thanks! Light cardio after work mixed with a little weight lifting could do me just right.

    Really?

Yeah if you do strength training such as 5 3 1 or fierce 5 you can definitely lose up to 2lbs per week based on your tde.

If you lift heavy you can eat a little more because you burned more calories

2lbs a week weight loss is what I'm on rn, and I'm getting stronger albeit at a slower rate

Plus the more muscle you pack on the more calories you burn and that helps too.

Okay, when I did use to work out I never counted calories

A regular day at I work I burn about 1,035 calories and still have a lot of energy when I get home. So if I find a decent Gym and burn about 2,783 for the day that’ll be my goal.

What do you for a living because unless you're a logger I don't see how you would burn 1000 calories daily, that is a lot of work.

I work for Amazon right now. I’m on my feet all the time.

My other job I know I burned more calories but I was eating nothing but junk for 3 years.
